I only want to purchase 1 item, how can I do this?
For individual items please click our retail button on the home page this will enable you to buy individual items at retail cost.
Where are the products made?
The Chatelaines and pewter products for example are all manufactured in the UK and we try to source as much as possible from UK suppliers. Some of our products are made in different parts of the world, but you can always be assured of great quality.
How quickly do you dispatch orders?
We are open Monday to Friday and aim to dispatch orders within a week of payment; if there are any issues we would contact you directly.
How can I pay for my goods?
When placing orders you will be automatically be diverted to PayPal, which also allows you to pay by card, once payment is authorised your order will come through to our team.
Can I do payment on account?
We don’t have a payment on account facility, all payments must be made via our online payment system.
I am not in the UK can I still set up an account?
Yes we ship worldwide, all you need to do is fill in a registration form with your company details and we will then set your account up, you will then be able to see the wholesale prices.
Do you have recommended retail prices?
Yes we set expected retail prices for all products
Do you have minimum order levels?
Yes as a wholesale company we set minimum order amount, which is £100/150 Euros
I need my order on a set date can you help?
We will help as much as we can if you let us know before or as soon as possible after you have placed your order. If you are in the UK we can usually post same day (dependent on time) via signed for Royal Mail post, or next day by courier. Overseas will depend on courier availability in individual countries.
Can I arrange my own courier pick up?
We use our own couriers and are unable to allow pickups arranged by you.
Which Courier services do you use?
Our preferred couriers are DPD and UPS, however we do use a variety of couriers as it does depend on the country the package is going to, we will of course be able to provide you with a tracking number if you need it or we can check the status for you. For UK orders we do use Royal Mail but all packages are tracked and must be signed for.
How do I know if my order has been dispatched?
When you log into your account you should be able to see your orders and their current status i.e processing or dispatched. We track all orders so if your order has been dispatched and not delivered we can check the status of the package.
I received an item that is damaged or faulty?
On the very rare occasion that there is an issue like this please contact us as soon as possible via e-mail [email protected]issors.com and let us know what the issue is, we will replace or refund any faulty items if reported within 14 days of receipt, we would also ask for the item to be returned so we can prevent any further issues. Any items reported to us as damaged or faulty after the 14 days will be completely at our discretion.
