We at Simply Scissors know that you care how information about you is used and shared and we appreciate your trust in us to do that carefully and sensibly. You do need to be registered to fully use this site, if you are not registered but wish to contact us you will be asked for information to enable us to contact you. We never disclose your information to any third parties without your expressed permission.
We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days of receipt of your order, please note that it can take up to 7 working days.
We dispatch all orders via Royal mail – signed for, or via Courier. All orders are tracked and would need to be signed for. We can provide tracking numbers and advice on date of delivery.
We dispatch all orders outside of the UK via Courier, delivery timescales do depend on which country the order is going to, we can provide tracking and estimated delivery date.
Delivery date can change due to customs in individual countries. You, the customer will be responsible for any customs and/or import duties and fees that are payable, Simply Scissors are not responsible for these charges and will not cover any of these charges.
Our preferred couriers are DPD and UPS but this can vary from country to country, we always try to choose the fastest options where possible.
We will not process orders where the customer organises the courier.
Working days are Monday – Friday 9-5
All payments will be processed via the website with our online payment system. We are unable to take payments any other way. Orders will not be processed or dispatched until payments have been made and cleared.
Please note that all items are checked at packing stage, and we do double count items. Always contact us straight away if there are any issues with an order.
We operate a environmentally-friendly policy of re-using appropriate, good quality suitable boxes and packaging for despatching orders. We hope you will join us by re using our packaging once you receive it.
